Save Green With Our
Don't Let This Happen To You!
Without routine propeller maintenance your prop
can actually become permanently stuck to it's
components on the lower unit of your outboard
motor. The only way to remove it is to burn it off!

For proper maintenance, make sure your prop is
checked semi-annually, whether you do it or
have it done by a certified marine technician. Be
sure to inspect the prop shaft for foreign objects
such as fishing line or other debris. Also, grease
the shaft, with proper grease, before you put the
prop back on.

Having the correct propeller on your boat will
also make a huge difference on fuel
consumption, making it more economical. If you’
re propped correctly and are noticing some
vibrations in your boat, then inspect the
propeller for dings, dents or chips.
